Leave Chamonix-drive through Switzerland and over the stunning St Bernard Pass-fabulous lunch at the Hotel Suisse in St Rhemy en Bossse including their special prosciutto-head towards Aosta but change our minds and go to ski resort of Breuil Cervinia-ugly ski village with brilliant views of the Matterhorn-take a stroll before dinner just short of the summit-wonderful dinner at a Michelin starred restaurant in the Hermitage Hotel including the perrenial favourite Snail & Frog's Leg Risotto-wander back to our hotel with views of aforesaid mountain.
